About Machine Drum Wash

Our washing machine cleaner has been designed to remove lime-scale and bacteria build-up from your washing machine.

Regular use of the Machine Drum Wash will keep your clothes smelling fresher, by flushing through any odour causing buildup. It will also help your machine run more efficiently, by keeping the drum and pipes free of any damaging buildup.

Better yet, the powder scoop enclosed is made from our own refill pack plastic waste.

Whilst most of our refill packs are still in circulation, some will reach a point where we can no longer use them again.
We have taken these end-of-life packs, shredded them down and remoulded them into powder scoops. There is no new plastic added to these scoops, just our own plastic waste.

What it Smells Like

Machine Drum Wash contains a 100% Natural scent; Citrus Mist.

It is a soft smelling citrus that might transport you to an afternoon refreshments in a sunny backyard.

It contains two essential oils; Orange and Clove.

We make laundry better in every single way. That’s it.

FAQs

How many washes does the pack contain?

You can do 10 wash cycles with our Machine Drum Wash.

Can I clean other stainless steel appliances with the Machine Drum Wash?

The ingredients in Machine Drum Wash have been optimised to remove limescale and bacteria from stainless steel surfaces.

This will make it a great help when cleaning other stainless steel objects, like sinks bathroom finishes.

It is not designed for dishwashers. Every dishwasher runs a different type of cycle, and in some, this product will create too many suds. We're experts in the laundry, not the kitchen, so we would recommend buying a purpose based cleaner for your dishwasher.

Where do I put the Machine Drum Wash?

Add three scoops of Machine Drum Wash directly into your empty washing machine drum.

How often should I be using Machine Drum Wash?

Manufacturers recommend cleaning your washing machine every month. While that is an optimal frequency, we think you could maintain your machine quite well by running a drum clean 4 times per year.

Can I use this to clean front and top loaders

Absolutely! Our Machine Drum Wash is suitable to clean both front and top loaders.

How do I use the Machine Drum Wash

What if my Washing Machine still smells after I have washed it?

If this is the first time you have cleaned your machine; this is nothing to stress about.

Just like the first time you floss your teeth, or scrub the drawer in the fridge - layers of residue on the surface will need to be removed bit-by-bit.

If it is the first time you have cleaned your machine, we recommend running a tub clean at least twice and using some elbow grease between washes to wipe out any loose gunk.

Manufacturers recommend you clean your machine about once a month. While we think this is a tad excessive we would recommend cleaning your machine about once per quarter to stop the build up in your machine.
